Website says free service call with repair. No viable repair options provided, charged me for $120 + hst for 2 minutes of work.
Then quoted me another diagnostic fee of $400 or more with no guarantee that they can figure out what's wrong with it.

If you decide to move forward with repair then that amount is always credited to the final repair amount. In regards to guarantee, we have a 30 day guarantee on parts and 90 day guarantee on labour.
