Called them out to fix the fan in our Samsung fridge. I was told the part was no longer in production and there was a lot of hesitation before the technician agreed to defrost and fix the fridge.
The same day, after a $325 service fee, the ice machine broke. ARS will not send out a technician to check the problem, wants to charge a second call-out fee, and says it's a total coincidence that the ice dispenser broke on the same day that the technician came (after 10 years of working fine).
I am very disappointed after reading such great reviews that this company has actually made our fridge issue worse.
