Pruning of the hedges, plants, were done in a professional manner by Lawn Troopers who worked diligently and performed a fantastic job. Friendly and professional crew. We found them extremely to our satisfaction.

It is a very professional and responsive company with great emphasis on customer service. A team consisting of Connor, Matt and Jamal did a fantastic job at cleaning up a long neglected messy lawn. Friendly and professional crew.

I've been using Lawntroopers for several years now and have never had an issue with them. My gardens and lawn have never looked better.
Stephen, Adam and Patrick leave the property pristine. Everyone is always very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell that the staff actually care and are proud of their work. It's great to deal with a company that makes you feel valued.

I replaced the SOD on my front lawn, there were a few barren patches that were very stubborn and would not grow with patch repairs - so I decided to do away with it and install new Sod. The price quoted by Lawn Troopers was reasonable. Conner, Matt and Jamal came and removed the existing grass, added new soil to raise the bed, levelled it and installed the new SOD , completed the 1st watering. They were extremely professional and the quality of SOD that was installed was also superior than the one that was installed in my back yard by another landscaper. Thanks

After cutting and trimming they even took the time to check and made sure every bit of grass and edges were trimmed satisfactory.

UPDATE: They called after this review and apologized and asked how the could rectify the situation. Good customer service is all about communication, they did credit back my service, so I might give them another chance.
Very disappointed with the service by this company. I had new sod and they cut it way to short even after requesting that they cut it at 4" per recommendation from sodding company. Every week there was an issue. This week they only cut part of the lawn. When questioned they said they can't cut the rest due to pet waste that would wreck their machines..really? I would have been happy to clean up the pest waste had they communicated this was required, or knocked on the door to ask me to do it so they could finish. All I got was a text saying they cut my lawn no explanation as to why it was not finished or requesting that I pickup the pest waste the night before.

We’ve used Lawn Troopers grass cutting service for the past 4 years and we find them professional, reliable and accommodating
Stephen, Adam and Hunter are friendly, clean up the grass cuttings so the property is always left neat and all edging completed.
Calls to the office are answered promptly and any requests done promptly.

Today, as usual the lawn trooper crew arrived and made our corner lot at Snowflake and Osprey Mississauga look great. There is never a week go by when one or more neighbours comment on how wonderful our lawn looks. I am so glad we found Lawn Troopers. If you want to hire a dependable company Lawn Troopers are it!!. So far we have only twice enjoyed the lawn cutting and trimming services from Lawn Troopers Stephen, Adam and Christian, but so far, it has been a pleasure to see the professional level of service provided by the threesome.
Our lawn is not the easiest to cut and trim, but it never-the-less was done with professional care and aplomb and for this we are truly thankful.
Based on what we have experienced so far, we would recommend Lawn Troopers to anyone requiring lawn cutting and trimming services.
