We are having a baby in 3 weeks and wanted our ducts cleaned and we had our basement renovated so we made a few calls around. My third call was to Damian, who I eventually found out was the co-owner. Such a pleasant man. I had called him on the Monday and ask about his GroupOn deal but recommended I go with something better to suit what we actually needed. Very impressed with the a la carte treatment but at a GroupOn price. Anyway this was Monday and we needed this done asap and he gave us a time for the Friday, with three different time slots, thus making sure that he did not double book us and to make sure somebody would be home.
What was even more impressive was that he called 30 mins before the scheduled 9am appointment to tell us he would be there on time. We like the that he showed and explained to us what he was doing, making us even more comfortable. This was my first time getting duct cleaning services and but my wife previous experience was very messy and dust blew all over the her previous home. I must say there was no visible dust while and after they worked. They had placed heavy magnetic mats on each vent and left my place cleaner than when they got here.
Thank you Damian for your diligence with regard to cleaning our vents, brushing our vents, cleaning our bathroom fans and furnace. Will recommend to anyone. Great company to deal with.
