Plumber could not install Bosch dishwasher because an electrical plug was required. Mors installed a plug, updated the water supply hose and installed the Bosch dishwasher. He was professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely call Top Tech again. Highly recommend

My old Panasonic ORT microwave broke and I ordered a new one that I needed help with. Top Tech responded super quickly and was very upfront about the price and parking and that I would have to briefly help in dismounting and mounting the old and new ones. I appreciated a next day appointment was available and Top Tech arrived on time.

The installation was quick, very thorough and professional. At the end we also tested the functioning. The assistance I provided was very minimal and Top Tech did 99% of the work.

Mors was awesome and fixed both my appliances without trying to replace any parts once he diagnosed the problems. He is courteous, honest and very professional. He charged me exactly what he quoted me over the phone with no surprises. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in his trade. I normally don't leave reviews but I was very impressed by him.

Mors did a wonderful job of taking out our old dishwasher and installing a new one. The work was done with extreme professionalism and was even arranged for completion later the same day I called. Had a leaky dishwasher due to a broken part. Called this company in desperation as it was during Covid-19 pandemic and we’re mostly home these days. The technician Mors answered the phone and provided prompt service, even correctly diagnosing the issue over the phone, then arranged to come on a day and at a time of our convenience. He walked us through the work he was doing, checked over the rest of the dishwasher to make sure there were not any other leaks / issues. Overall I’m very pleased by their prompt service, reasonable price and work completed.
