Action Stone installed gorgeous new black leathered granite countertops for our kitchen, and we were very pleased with the outcome and service along they way.

Troy was very easy to reach by email, and answered all my many questions promptly and with accurate information. When I asked about pricing, he provided real prices and that's exactly what showed up in the invoice at the end. No surprises.

The templating process was very thorough and much more careful and accurate than I was expecting. And the finished product is just incredible, we love it.

Troy helped us accomodate the sink we wanted, even though it was a little large for our counter, and the small details like seam placement and leathered edges (which some other places have said wasn't doable) speak to the quality of the workmanship.

Everything was easy, on-time, and well-done with Action Stone.

We moved into a house last year with a very small kitchen island that was not very functional for our needs. We had friends who'd used Action Stone Solutions for a granite bathroom vanity they had replaced. They recommended Action Stone to us so we contacted Troy and he supplied us with a quartz countertop and island. We noticed a crack—or scratch—on the island after it was installed, and Troy came and filled it personally. He told us he would replace the entire piece if he could not repair it to our satisfaction, but we were quite happy with the fix. You cannot tell there was ever any damage, either by sight or feel. Troy has many years of experience working with stone so he knows what he's doing.

Our friends had told us that Action Stone's customer service was excellent, and that was definitely our experience as well.
