Called Canada Waterproofers for a stubbornly clogged toilet I had been trying to clear for days. Peter called me back, told me he could be by my place within about an hour. He explained what he would try, along with the cost for the visit, then let me know what might need to be done if it required more extreme measures.
He showed up as promised and using the proper equipment he was able to correct our problem and get the toilet going again. He also let us know what we were doing wrong in trying to clear it ourselves, and also shared a number of tips for next time. It's always nice when you feel someone really wants to help you.
