I've had Val come to do plumbing repair few times, and had good experiences every time.
Val was very professional and diligent. Some of the work was more difficult than expected, but he didn't leave until the job was done, and done right. They used a fixed-price approach to the work, so the extra time didn't cost extra money, and was always at or under the estimate.
I will be asking Val to come back to do additional work as soon as its needed.
