North Shield Windows And Doors

We had our windows replaced by NorthShield 4 years ago. They were economically priced, secure, sound proof, keep the cold out, and have little to no condensation on windows in winter compared to our old ones. We have been very happy with them.

We recently called NorthShield for a couple of window handles that were not working properly. Vladimir came out a few days later and replaced them. He was gracious and professional. We are very impressed with the professional service after four years of installation.

Alex, our initial salesman, has always been professional and very kind. He told us four years ago that if we had any problems to give him a call anytime, and he has stuck by his word.

I had 2 windows installed because my old ones were cracked and water leaked sometimes when it rained. The installation was flawless and the quality of the windows is awesome. I also had my back door replaced just as part of my home renovation project and it looks really nice. I am very please with the work done overall.
