Jack and Manny, what can I say? You take craftsmanship, dedication to exquisite detail and customer service to an entirely new level. My primary concern when you first entered my home was that you please make sure you don't scratch any of my freshly painted walls upon entering my bathroom, that you could do whatever was necessary once inside the bathroom. Working in what is a decidedly small space, the care you took was impressive, you not once needed to be reminded, and this home owner is so incredibily appreciative. As for the tub and surround installation, there could be a nuclear bomb explosion and my tub would be the last thing standing! Impressive was the dedication to securing the entire system to my floor and walls! It is hard to believe that this level of care and expertise was matched or exceeded by the caulking that followed. And, as the fellas went from demolition and disposal to cutting, trimming and installing, they were constantly cleaning and keeping their work space free of debris and tripping hazards. Before all was said and done, my new tub and surround was thoroughly wiped down leaving it gleaming and utterly spotless as was the floor and entranceway. Jack and Manny genuinely care that their customers are happy and that their installations are the best in the business. Mission accomplished.
