I would like to thank Cole for the great service & help us on replacing our bath tub & walls after being installed 12 years ago at no charge. They have an excellent warranty program & I would recommend Bath fitters to anyone needing a bathroom renovated. I appreciate the excellent customer service as well.

We had our second bathroom bathtub removed and converted to a shower. Our installer, Cole, was professional, timely, neat, and kept us informed throughout the installation. We were extremely pleased with his service and specifically requested him to do our primary bathroom. Since installation, we have had to request 3 adjustments, not due to his work, but due to the quality of the product itself, ie a warped door, a dripping shower head, a loose grab bar attachment ring. None of these are attributable to Coles work, but rather the product itself. If this review was solely upon Coles work it would be a solid 10 stars.

Jack and Manny, what can I say? You take craftsmanship, dedication to exquisite detail and customer service to an entirely new level. My primary concern when you first entered my home was that you please make sure you don't scratch any of my freshly painted walls upon entering my bathroom, that you could do whatever was necessary once inside the bathroom. Working in what is a decidedly small space, the care you took was impressive, you not once needed to be reminded, and this home owner is so incredibily appreciative. As for the tub and surround installation, there could be a nuclear bomb explosion and my tub would be the last thing standing! Impressive was the dedication to securing the entire system to my floor and walls! It is hard to believe that this level of care and expertise was matched or exceeded by the caulking that followed. And, as the fellas went from demolition and disposal to cutting, trimming and installing, they were constantly cleaning and keeping their work space free of debris and tripping hazards. Before all was said and done, my new tub and surround was thoroughly wiped down leaving it gleaming and utterly spotless as was the floor and entranceway. Jack and Manny genuinely care that their customers are happy and that their installations are the best in the business. Mission accomplished.

Cole was the primary installation person with an obvious perfect demeaner, knowledge and skill to complete the retrofit.
Cole laid out the retrofit plan and answered all relevant questions.
Cole was assisted by Tyler on day 1 and Jack on day 2 both performed admirably.
The work went as planned, with the addition of a section of wainscotting that was needed when a section of old tile came off a wall section.
Super communication from Cole from the minute he arrived to the moment he departed.
Cole and team always cleaned up after each day.
We are very pleased at the end results and would highly recommend Bath Fitter.

Jack and Paul were very polite, respectful and neat. They cleaned as they worked and didn't really disrupt my household. When they laid mats to walk on I knew I had made the correct choice. The workmanship is more than I could have hoped for. All finishes were executed with precision. They were very good at including me in decisions and offering suggestions and advice based on their sound knowledge. The trucks parked at my house were in great shape and a good advertisement. Overall, a job well done. Looking forward to many enjoyable showers without the struggle of getting in and out of a tub. Thank you!

Cracks appeared on the shower floor at the drain! Cole, Paul & Ron B removed the original insert and installed the new product. Very pleased with the job they did! Appreciated the way they conducted themselves and cleaned up before they left.
