Jack and Paul were very polite, respectful and neat. They cleaned as they worked and didn't really disrupt my household. When they laid mats to walk on I knew I had made the correct choice. The workmanship is more than I could have hoped for. All finishes were executed with precision. They were very good at including me in decisions and offering suggestions and advice based on their sound knowledge. The trucks parked at my house were in great shape and a good advertisement. Overall, a job well done. Looking forward to many enjoyable showers without the struggle of getting in and out of a tub. Thank you!

Cracks appeared on the shower floor at the drain! Cole, Paul & Ron B removed the original insert and installed the new product. Very pleased with the job they did! Appreciated the way they conducted themselves and cleaned up before they left.

Matt the installer was precise with the installation and very polite at all times. He had an unusually small space to work in and the air conditioning doesnt reach there.
I am very pleased with the end result and would recommend Bath Fitters to everyone.

came into my home on schedule and put down rugs to protect my floors and stairs. They consulted with me on their work and I could not be

Looks great. They had their challenges as they had to remove a cast iron tub first and it is a very small space.

We had a tub to shower conversion. There was a minor problem discovered but Will and Tyler corrected the situation promptly.
The shower is excellent.

I had a great experience with Bath Fitter from start to finish. Dawn in the office was very helpful and pleasant and Matt our installer was punctual, courteous and professional. The salesman who came to the house was also very pleasant and helpful. We just had it installed July 10, 2023 but we are very pleased with the results. It has made the bathroom look so much brighter. My Uncle used Bath Fitters a few years ago and was very happy with it so he is the reason for us going with them also. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters to anyone.

We had an ensuite shower original to our home built in 1985 which was I need of an update. Trevor and Ronald did a great
job and it looks fantastic. They were friendly and courteous and left no clean up for us!
They explained the workings of the shower and it's features. All in all a great experience and we would recommend Bathfitters to our friends. Tim the sales consultant was helpful with his recommendations as well.
