We are very pleased with the results. Professional installation by Jack, Ian and Manny made a difficult situation into a beautiful bathroom. Wed also like to recommend Simon for his insight into our old unique layout.

Jason, Sales/Installer was very professional and knowledgeable in both sales and installation. He explained everything to us in detail. The cleanup afterwards was done to my satisfaction.
We are enjoying the product. It meets our needs to easily get in and out of the walk in shower. It took 1 day to remove old tub and shower. And 1 day to installed new walk in shower.

was unable to replace tub, due to space, but had bath/shower walls and ceiling replaced. Tyler also replaced much of the plumbing for the hot and cold taps, as the old ones had seized. Tyler also installed new fixtures, and shower.
He also replaced the existing safety rails.
All work was excellent, and they were very responsive to our request to
tighten up the safety rail bolt covers. They returned the next day to
do that.

Our bathroom was the original since 1985. We ordered the Pearl colour to match our American Standard Sand fixtures and it looks perfect. Everything is clean and shiny and new for a very reasonable price. Paul was excellent as an installer. He clarified all the details and kept us informed as to progress. He had boundless energy carrying things up and down stairs all day, and didn't leave before everything was finished and cleaned up. At our request he was masked, and we very much appreciate that kindness.

Tom who was the installer of the tube to shower conversation was very professional . He was on time and listened to anything l might have to say. He explained what he was going to do. The shower was better then what l expected. I would recommend Tom and Bath Fitters to anyone.

We had our ensuite turned into a walk in shower. We had nothing less than an exceptional experience. From Bonnie scheduling the work to the excellent job done by Jamie and James. This is our second renovation done by Bath Fitters and we would highly recommend this company to all our friends and family. My wife and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I needed my bathroom renovated and was able to do most of the work myself; but when it came to removing the tub, I actually lay awake the night before thinking, "Someone is going to die getting this thing down the stairs. We called Bath Fitters the next morning. the sales agent, Gary, came within a few days and outlined what he could do for us. There was no high pressure sales. Believe me: we have seen high pressure sales and even misogynistic behaviour from home repair sales people. There was none of that. . Gary was professional, friendly and helpful. He laid out the cost and timeline for the project. The cost was higher than doing the work myself, but the job, materials and fit and finish were hands-down better than I could have found at any of the big box home stores or even any of the smaller hardware stores. And no one died on the project! The work was done exactly as laid out and exactly according to the timeline.

Two days without a tub or shower was worth it. We love our new bathroom.

I had a very unpleasant experience with these guys. I even had to enlist the local paper to help out! I certainly didn't appreciate the high pressure sales tactics and ultimately the job was not completed and I am out 600.00 with nothing to show for it. Very expensive for the amount of time and material involved. IMHO, avoid them at all costs!
