We retained Celsky Vinyl Sundecks & Railings to replace 39 balconies at 221 7th Street, New West, "Villa Katya" (new decks and new aluminum railings with glass panels for older building).
Based on other experiences with balcony replacements, we were very pleased with the work performed by Ken and crew at Celsky.
Their price was competitive, the product is good and the work was done rapidly, considering the scale of the project.

It was a pleasure working with you on this project. We completed your apartment building in 2 phases over a period of 2 years. A combination of wood decks with new vinyl and concrete decks coated with Masterseal liquid membrane along with new fascia mount frosted/etched glass railings. We specialize in 4 story apartment buildings and have our own scaffolding to handle this type of work. We have our first review with less than 10 stars! We knew it couldn't last forever. We just do decks, because that is what we do best.
