Ken was super professional and easy to work with. His quote was reasonable and he is quick to respond to any questions. We needed our large wrap around balcony redone. Railings needed to be removed, as well as the caps around the posts and some trim boards around the siding of the home. It was a complex job but Ken and his team managed to finish it in 6 days which was unbelievable. We love our new deck and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Celsky Vinyl.

Ken was very knowledgeable, informative, and professional throughout the whole process of restoring our deck. He was sensitive to our budget concerns and set expectations very well, regarding pricing and timing. Our deck was a 5-day job, and the crew left the work site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Plus, the entire crew was great with our two year old son who watched through the window every day!

Quote accepted, Signed a contract to do the work, he sent two workers to take off railings then never showed up again. My deck was like that from April to July until I could find another contractor. The reason he gave was his carpenter quit. It was an awful thing to do to a customer would not recommend.

After deciding it was time for a complete deck overhaul with new railings and awning we opted to go with Celsky Vinyl Sundecks. Unlike other companies we contacted, Ken came by same day, had a quote to us within 48hrs and was very helpful and informative in answering our questions and providing suggestions for the new deck. Once the work started Ken’s crew completed our deck as scheduled with Ken even coming by on a Saturday to finish off the vinyl. Ken kept us updated throughout the whole process, provided numerous pictures and was always available if we had any questions.

We started with a fading, peeling, very age-showing deck on our house. We contacted Ken @ Celsky and he was very quick to come out and give us a thorough appraisal & a very fair estimate for a complete overhaul of our existing deck. We are very happy with the deck renovation done by Ken and his crew at Celsky Vinyl. Our project was completed within the estimated time, on budget and with excellent quality and attention to detail. Ken was very good about communicating to us what each day's progress would be, and he returned calls/texts immediately if we had questions or concerns on weekends. He and his crew were reliable, professional and left the site clean after every working day. At the end of the renovation the yard was spotless. They were also conscientious about social distancing and cleanliness and the current BC Health and Safety protocols. Recently completed 4 Vinyl Patios on our apartment complex. Overall, very satisfied with price, and customer service.

We were in an ongoing process to rule out deck contractors for a project that was dropped on our Strata lap without any warning.

Celsky was one of many that we asked for quotes to re/re our current decks, removing old vinyl, replacing any rotten or damaged wood, re-sloping if needed, and re-adding new vinyl. I was happy with how the best out other contractors, and held true to their promises.

After the work was completed, we had an independent building inspector come and address the renovation on the several patios that were completed (we chose to get “the worst” done first and see how the company did, before moving forward with the reminder of the patios getting done). Overall, I was impressed with the look and overall speed of the project. The building inspector support my beliefs and stated that he was very satisfied with the workmanship completed.

We did have a few minor details pointed out by the building inspector that he recommend get address by Celsky. I brought these items to Celsky’s attention, and the made a date to come back and take care of why was within their scope of the agreement, without agreement.

I’m not skilled or knowledgeable in the trades, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the work done. I’m hoping to complete the remainder of our patios with Celsky.

Ken kept in touch with me weekly on how things were going, and provided numerous photos of before/during/after the project was completed.
