We first met Ken a couple of years ago when the vinyl on our deck started leaking at the seams. He was the only one who agreed to patch up the seams and wait until we were ready to redo the whole thing.
It was greatly appreciated as we were expecting a new baby back then and due to the size of our deck ( 750 sq.ft. ) the project cost was substantial.
Ken’s quote was very reasonable and at par with the other contractors that we contacted. However, all the other companies refused to just patch it up for the time being.
This is what set Ken ahead of everyone else.
Not only we were able to stop the leaks and prevent further damage to the wood underneath, we also had time and peace of mind to do proper budgeting and get ready for the project.
Now, it was just completed and it is absolutely gorgeous! It was very impressive that Ken and his crew were able to tarp everything and get the work done in January.
They are all very efficient and the project was completed in three days only!!
