A few questions to ask when hiring a contractor. Will the owner or manager of the company be one of the workers on your project? What does the warranty cover? How long has the company been in business? Can you go online and check their reviews from real customers? Are the employees part of the company you are hiring or will you have sub contractors working on your job?
