Save yourself a heartache and do not ever use Creative Door,Edmonton for any commercial projects. The customer service is appalling, the lack of professionalism is very vivid. They make promises they cannot keep, installation dates that they cannot keep and/or do not show up for (multiple occasions), internal as well as external communication seems to be non existent between the different company departments. The staff in general and ignorant and oblivious to the fact that there are bad reviews all over the internet about them similar to this.
When you are about to spend thousands of dollars with a company you expect some mutual respect, but your told to " relax, we will be there " by the sales guy when you try to get them to commit to an installation date - which they didn't show up for, is this how you should conduct business? Absolutely not,but i guess they never received the memo.
If you are looking for a hassle free, interact-able, pleasant, on time, reliable company to install some equipment for you, look elsewhere.
They have an endless number of excuses that never make sense and sometimes they do not even have an excuse and you are passed over to someone in a different department who may be able to offer you an excuse.
Our company will never be using Creative Door Edmonton Ltd. again, they just lost themselves a lot of commercial business.
