City Stairs

I hired this company to build two staircases in January 2022. I provided them with a 30% deposit, and within a week they were all arrested for being fraudsters. By March when the project was due to be delivered they continued to pretend as if they were in business. They sent someone to take final measurements, and within a week, stopped responding to emails and phone calls. When trying to look up their website, the news stories came up of their $80000 fraud. These guys s tole my deposit and likely many many others. The company is now closed and all numbers disconnected.

Hire them and regret it. I had bad experience. Very unprofessional work and bad installation. Don’t give them any large amount upfront until work is completed and you been satisfied. Had to get other company to fix everything they did. Also went to look for them at address they posted on home stars and they not exist there.

I ordered my stairs with city stairs and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my stairs .
They just finished staining them. I’d have to say working with Ronny the stainer was a incredible experience.

This is a stairs company that provides good services. There are variety of choices for modern stairs. The quality of stairs is high and reliable. The workers here are friendly.

Amazing work done by the team. I’m surprised that there’s bad reviews for City Stairs. I personally believe that they are the most Top Notch Custom Stair company in the GTA. Yes you are being warned again...absolutely horrific delivery, end product, installation and customer service. The only reason why they insisted on getting the remaining 50% upon delivery is because their product and installation could go so wrong. To the point that it’s unbelievable. Save yourself and worse of all your clients’ frustration.

They promised the world and delivered ... NOTHING. If you want to spend your time annoyed and disappointed ... go ahead. If you want respect and honestly and a job well done ... look else where. I wish someone warned me.

City Stairs installed a Monobeam stairwell with glass at my residence. Not only did the crew remain professional and productive, but the result was also beautiful.
