The Concrete Guys

If I could give zero stars I would. My stairs/porch were originally done over a YEAR AND A HALF AGO. Brad showed up and gave me a quote, told me what a great job he could do and how everything would be perfect. After a few weeks, the concrete started bubbling and cracking. I contacted Brad right away about this, but he said that nothing could be done until spring because of the weather. Fine. Come spring, I had to call numerous times until he finally sent someone to repair the crappy job that had been done.

Well, a few weeks after that repair was done, it failed AGAIN. I have spent months trying to even get a response to my emails and telephone calls. After THREE MONTHS, I finally got a reply and two guys were sent out yesterday (after cancelling twice) to do the repair job. It is half done. Although they promised they would come back today, no one has and, of course, no one bothered to contact me.

My steps/porch look like they were done by a first-grader with handfuls of plasticine...in several shades of grey and white. A horrible, unfinished mess.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
