Gotcha Wildlife

Heard nasty sounds last night, turns out it was a determined raccoon trying to burrow in by peeling back our aluminum siding. Woke up in the morning to find insulation scattered across the roof. Insert heavy sighs: it's springtime in Markham. Called Ken, he was upfront with costs and potential issues; he was in the area and came by within a couple of hours.
Disaster averted: raccoon never made it in, and Ken stuffed back the insulation and fixed the gap to thwart the little bugger should he try it again. Can't say enough good things about Ken, and we'll be sure to call him again.
