Rarely have I been more satisfied than I have been with EcoComfort ; From front to back the experience has been excellent.
We decided to upgrade the insulation in both the upper and lower attic spaces before the winter set in.
When we began reaching out for quotes, Wojtek answered directly and provided a written quote (email) before leaving our home. The quote work was thorough and caught all the aspects of the job (unlike some of the competitors who had to pointed at key details). We chose this company not only for the attention to detail, but also for its competitive pricing.
On the day of the work our installation team (Tom and Patrick) arrived promptly at the start time (8am); and set to work with polite efficiency. They answered all my questions, and provided my opportunities to see and understand the work in progress. Most impressively, they identified and fixed a couple of huge oversights which had been made by previous installers; It would have been easy to ignore such problems I wouldn't have known. On this point alone it would be worth a full 10 stars!
When all was done, everything was left clean and tidy, further, the benefits of the work were immediately evident; the house is warmer and the furnace runs far less often. Looking forward to seeing the performance next spring and summer season.
