Removal of old insulation in attic and adding new
Called Eco-Comfort for a quote for attic insulation, as the re-sale home we had purchased was quite cold on the 2nd floor. Wojtek was able to schedule an appt the very next day. As we suspected, we were severely under-insulated. We opted for the Full Removal package, which included having the attic cleaned and disinfected, and new R60+ cellulose blown in.
The team was right on time, very efficient and the job was done in 5 hours. They cleaned up everything in the end as well. Their price was very competitive as well.
We can notice a difference in the temperature of our home now. It's no longer cold on the second floor. We are hoping this means a savings in our heating and cooling costs going forward.
