I had my pool open and closed with Ontario pool Servise for several years. During the past few years, they maintain our pool crystal clear and the employers very professional and friendly, they generously to share their professional knowledge with me, also they are very honest to provided the very truthful professional opinions. Since I had spent so much much more money on the same pool with different company. In august last year Ontario pool service were fixing and painting my pool. I was really happy with quality of their work, they did not rush and used good paint. Eugene was very detail oriented and hard working. I was really happy with the result and will highly recommend this company!

I called a few companies and decided to hire Ontario Pool Service to open/maintain my pool last year. Very professional company! They did a great job...Will certainly use them again!

We did regular annual routine year after year and very happy with this company. They have everything we need in their file system, so every time we call, they just know what to do. Reasonable prices and pretty quick response for service.

OPS serviced my pool this season starting from opening in May till closing last week. I'm absolutely happy with work done. Throughout the summer my pool looked just great. Technicians are always on time for maintenance/other appointments and ready to patiently answer all of my dumb questions :) Next season will definitely go with them. Thanks guys!

I called Ontario Pool Service for work on my 16 x 34 in ground concrete pool. Scope of work included sanding/removing existing paint, painting the pool, repair chips around the jets and other misc. areas, replace coping tile and closing the pool.

Work was done promptly, efficiently and professionally. The company delivered against everything outlined on the scope of work. They are meticulous and pay attention to detail.

Very satisfied with the job and looking forward to summer next year.

Our pool had not been properly maintained by prior owners for several years. As a result the finite base developed cracks and ground water was coming in. The equipment was not well connected and had sprung multiple joint leaks. A large number of tiles had either come off or was on its way. Ontario Pool Service representative was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues. All of the issues were addressed over about a month. The pool is now as good as new with a new paint, repaired concrete and tiles, working equipment and free of contamination and algae. We were very happy by the service we received and would strongly recommend Ontario Pool Service to others.

I hired them for opening my pool and the standard weekly maintenance. A month later, my pool is still not ready for swimming. They requested that I sign a contract & pay upon the opening. Nothing went well. I had requested a new ladder to be ready to install during the pool opening. Denis wanted to make sure that he ordered the best one so he discussed with me whether I would like the regular metal ladder or to upgrade it to a thicker metal. I agreed on the upgrade, however the only metal on this $320.00 ladder is the screws. During the 3 weekly maintenance visit's, Micheal didn't vacuum as the pump wasn't working properly? So the pool was so cloudy he was unable to see the bottom. This was never rectified. The pool cover was NEVER folded up and put away. When I complained that the heater wasn't working Denis thought I didn't seem to understand how to press the button to turn it on! How many times should I have to turn it on? Upwards of 3 times a day? When they opened the pool & left, it was up to me to fill it up & turn it on and put the pool cover away. Nothing was working & the pump was spewing lots of water as it simply needed a new gasket! Simple, but never done. I was assured it would all be fixed, nothing was! Whenever I called the company, it would go straight to voice mail. So disappointing, what a devastating and extremely costly experience. They don't answer call's, good luck if you have an issue on the weekend. They also charged me for supplies that I already had a surplus of, why would I need more!

Great job during opening and whole summer season maintenance. Knowledgable technicians, quick responses to my inquires and reasonable prices got rid me of any pool worries! Thank you, guys. I would definitely recommend you to all pool owners!!
