I purchased furniture for my home from ritz furniture. I had some faded paint issues with the furniture. I visited ritz and recorded my complaint. No one contacted me in six weeks and yesterday I called again and sales person Satinder attended the call. He listened to my complaint and very professionally handled the situation and sent a technician today to fix the issue. I would like to mention his professionalism and dedication to resolve the issue. Thank you Satinder for your great personal interest.
