Plumber On Demand

This company's plumbers did not understand pipes or floor drains or anything relating to the problem that our pipes had. They were extremely inefficient and used the wrong tools and thus accomplished nothing. Another plumber fixed the problem in 30 minutes. When I called for a refund, the company kept playing games with me, telling me to email repeatedly with a clear description of my problem or call back over and over. Eventually the manager threatened me with calling the police when I posted a bad review of the company, after he dodged my phone calls for weeks.
