Air Conditioning not working

The agent arrived at the time he said he would and was friendly. However - he DID NOT know how to fix the AC. He had to call someone and it took him 20 mins just to get the info from the man as he was on hold. How does he come to fix an AC unit and NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT!?! I had to pay for him to figure out basic info! He didn't even know how to access the set up menu! Then he started replacing all these parts and could only say that it would PROBABLY fix the problem. He then left many parts in his truck, including his wrench!! He also spent a total of 35 mins going up and down - I timed it - and got lost in the building, which again I HAD TO PAY FOR!! He finally replaced all the parts and did not connect the wires properly - he mixed the wires and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. I am THOROUGHLY upset with the fact that there is no confidence from the Thermacool Agent that the two parts replaced needed replacement - and the fact that he spent a lot of time asking others how to fix the problem because he did not know or wasn't sure himself. I will not recommend you and I will advise the Property Manager of this. 2 hours of labour $160+$90, 2 parts replaced $145 (actuator likely needed replacement, but wires were not connected properly so we don't know), then because it wasn't working due to the incorrect installment he replaced the value body too ($130 - likely never needed to do this). He relied on the fact that I could not prove him wrong and he wasn't going to put the old pieces back to prove he was right. I should only have paid 1 hour of labour $160 + the actuator $145 = $305 NOT THE AMOUNT I PAID $525. To make this right and to keep my business, I would expect a refund for the extra amount paid - $220 + tax. A credit is not acceptable to me.
