Michael was a pleasure to work with! He set up a time for Charles to come visit us and take measurements, as well as show us our options for different types of shades. Once selections were made, they got the window shades custom-made to fit perfectly into our window frames. Charles was in and out within 30 minutes! I've never seen pros work so quickly and efficiently! The window shades are very well made and the pull-down functionality of them smoothly glides and makes no noise!
