Rob came early and was able to meet the seller of the house. He was already checking out the exterior when we arrived. My wife and I are first time home buyers. We don't know much about house repairs but he made it easy for us to understand things that are needed to be done, to maintain the house. He tells you what you really need to know (the good and the bad characteristics of the property). After the inspection. He sent us a summary of the inspection which is really helpful. That summary tells you what needs to be done for safety and to improve the property. Rob was the one that recommended HomeStars website on where to look for contractors. Now it would be a lot easier for me and my wife to look for contractors for our future house. Thanks Rob!
