I was a first time buyer and so confused and tensed since everything was very new to me. I passed the stage of at least buying the property. and then came the stage of inspection which I consider is a crucial stage. and it all depends on how your house inspector is.. and there Rob came to my rescue. Excellent work! passionate for his work! Truly commendable! Love what he is doing and thats the reason why whatever he does is just crystal clear and picture perrfect!!! On top of all this the very great factor to be happy for is, his charges. Unbelievably reasonable! Like he charges exactly the same amount of what the work that he does. Amazing experience..! we were happy and relaxed. I am super sure if you have Rob working for you, you will be more than happy to pay him for the job at the end.
