Thank goodness for Rob. I am referring everyone I know to him. He is professional, efficient, patient and thorough. You will definitely feel comfortable and at ease with your new house. We hired another inspector and were not happy as he missed a few things. Rob came in and explained all things missed by the first guy. I wish we had gone with him initially. Glad we went with him and happy to refer all purchasing a home to him as there is no other person for the job.
