The Latest Home Inspection Technology - For home inspections we use the latest non-invasive technology, tools and instruments, including Thermal Imaging, SpectoScope, Moisture Meter, Combustible Gas Detector, Laser Thermometer, Hygrometer, Boroscope, Electrical Testers, Voltage Detectors among other tools. We inspect all major components of the home from the exterior to the interior. A Home Inspection Reference Book - "Now That You Have Had a Home Inspection" is a book that is provided to you upon completion of the inspection. This book contains helpful tips on maintaining your home, saving energy and how your home works. This book is an excellent source of helpful information for experienced home owners and first time buyers. Lab Results Obtained the Next Day - A detailed lab report is provided the next day for Mold Inspections. In addition to taking mold samples for laboratory analysis, we also do Indoor Air Quality Testing to check for the presence of mold spores in the air. Samples are sent to our PRO-LAB partners in Vaughan and samples are analyzed for the presence of mold, lead or asbestos. The lab report details the species of mold, the spore concentration and any known health problems or allergic reactions that may be associated with the mold. Some people have allergies to pets such as dogs and cats, while others have allergies or concerns about cockroaches, rats, mice and dust mites. Did you know we also test the air for allergens? Rob was a complete professional and as transparent as there is in the industry. He was exceptional took his time and covered everything in great detail. My Realtor was so impressed he plans to use him going forward. Most people try and find places where they can overcharge but he was the exact opposite.

Rob came early and was able to meet the seller of the house. He was already checking out the exterior when we arrived. My wife and I are first time home buyers. We don't know much about house repairs but he made it easy for us to understand things that are needed to be done, to maintain the house. He tells you what you really need to know (the good and the bad characteristics of the property). After the inspection. He sent us a summary of the inspection which is really helpful. That summary tells you what needs to be done for safety and to improve the property. Rob was the one that recommended HomeStars website on where to look for contractors. Now it would be a lot easier for me and my wife to look for contractors for our future house. Thanks Rob!

Our broker Marie recommend for our new condo to get an inspection at 3380 Eglinton before closing date. Me and my wife met Rob at the front entrance of the condo, and he is the nicest, friendly and very professional person. Once we got into the suite, he started the inspection and when he finished, he told us on the things we need to be aware off, and gave us a great deal on the charge for the service. Thank you so much for everything you did for us, and we really enjoy your service and you are truly a great professional property inspector. Also thank you for giving us the report document, which shows how great your company is. I do recommend you for others.

Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

Rob did a thorough job and at a much better price than most. All of my "first time buyer" questions and concerns were answered in a simple, unpretentious manner and helped me to feel more confident in my purchase of the home.

Communication (both pre and post inspection) was so friendly and direct that it made a last-minute inspection seem like it had been planned for months.

I will use Rob's services again, and definitely recommend Ambicorp to any inexperienced buyers looking to spend less and get quality service.
