I was about to give up on finding someone who would help me fix the fireplace. I stumbled upon Jeff at True Flame. I was very pleased at how quickly he responded to my request and was on site to diagnose and fix the issue. The same day service was exceptional and unexpected. Extremely personable, professional person. Highly recommend using him.
