He telephoned to confirm his arrival time, greeted me warmly and was courteous and respectful throughout the service call. When he had dismantled the dryer and diagnosed the issues, he called me to examine the faulty parts, patiently explaining the problems. I authorized him to proceed with the repair and to order replacement parts. To my utter astonishment, he was able to obtain them the same evening and returned the following day to complete the repair. He kindly took the opportunity to vacuum the inside of the dryer when it was open and was careful to rebalance the machine after it had been moved on the tile floor of the laundry room. My interaction with Fix Appliances was thoroughly satisfactory and pleasant and I will not hesitate to contact them again should I require appliance service.
