Costard Renovation

Rodrigo was the ultimate contractor for our bathroom project. He had been such a great help in making our ideas come to life upon initial walkthrough of the project and followed through on time and on budget to what we discussed. We kept in constant communication for any and all moving pieces and must say that the experience was made so much easier because of his insights and help.

The finished product was an unreal overhaul to make our bathroom a much more pleasant experience to what it was previously -- I take my bath time seriously and now have a wonderful place for a soak.

I don't know if there is any improvement upon the service we received -- simply put, I couldn't recommend anyone better for the job.

Very thankful for the work provided and would look to him for any other projects in a heartbeat.

I couldn't be happier with the results of our backyard. I envisioned a specific design aesthetic for this renovation. From painted black wide plank horizontal fence boards, to the modern natural stone, french drain, astroturf and river rock. Rodrigo and his team made it happen. Rodrigo's clear communication, reliability, professionalism, organization and diligence are just a few of the qualities we appreciated on this project. Rodrigo from Costard Renovations was the tiler whom our contractor chose to do the tiles in our washroom renovation as our contractor does not do tiles and he said Rodrigo was the best. Rodrigo indeed is really good not only on the quality of his work but also he is very careful, polite, caring, and diligent when handling his work and the surroundings. He even put plastic all around his work area so dust did not go all over the house or to the adjacent rooms. I would not hesitate for a second to hire him and his company in the future.

My bathroom reno involved a total re-configuring of the space. In order to accommodate a large walk-in shower, a new wall had to be built to eliminate a second doorway.
Rodrigo is terrific to deal with and adapts the plan where possible to client ideas like my pocket door. He does much of the work himself, including tiling, the electric floor and the exhaust fan installations.
He works with good designer, if you need advice &/or help shopping.
His crew, Mike & Marcel are friendly, careful and keep the area as tidy & clean as possible.
The overall experience was positive & ended in a beautiful bathroom.
