The entire process was completely easy and pain free when dealing with Whitby Garage Doors. The sales rep Chad came to my home and provided me with a quote. He was very friendly, upfront, honest and made several recommendations which best suited our home. I had a number of questions which I sent via email ... Chad and Brandon replied in a timely manner. The day of install Brandon showed up on time and did an amazing job. Brandon removed and dispose of the old door, install new hardware and the door ... now the door is smooth and looks great.
