I had a furnace and A/C installed a couple weeks ago and I’m very happy with the install. The crew did a great job, very professional and took the time to ensure they followed social distance policies. I didn’t really need a furnace and I knew that however Tyrone made the price so good I couldn’t say no to it. I would totally recommend this company in the future.

I have my new furnace and A/C installed 9 months ago and have had to chase them since for the "promised" on energy money. I have reached out many times and get ignored or put off if I call. Hoping they can make this right and get my audit started. My advise would be to hold payment until the process is started.

Tyrone and his team help me out in my time need in cold Feb 2020 when our furnace failed. He helped us out with the price, the product, the time to set it up and worked with his team to patiently answer all my questions. Certain bits where inspecting for code after work was completed were missed, which was remedied once it was brought up. I had the pleasure of working with Tyrone. I am a very picky customer and I had a few quotes before I got in touch with him. He answered all my questions very patiently (and there were a lot of questions!) We even spoke on the phone once or twice and when all was done, we went ahead scheduling the installion.

First off, his rates were the cheapest in all of the GTA, then he guided me on how to avail the green energy saving discount. He handled everything from the technician scheduling, audit inspection and attic insulation to providing the receipt and warranty certificate, very well.

The technicians arrived on schedule, Tyrone also checked in to make sure that they are here. Tommy and his assistant had excellent knowledge, my existing furnace was pretty old with exhaust going through the chimney, he was aware of all the codes, distance of the intake and outtake pipes from the meter etc., and they did a excellent job with the install. They filled all the gaps, tucked in all the wires and cleaned all the space, inside and even outside, where they had drilled the two holes, wow!

The audolit inspector was late, so Tyrone followed up with him, the techicians already took pictures to help the auditor. The auditor was also very knowledgeable, he explained to me his process in detail and when i should expect my cheque in the mail. He even told me if i chose to replace a few other old appliances, I could be eligible for more discounts.

Lastly, the boys did the attic insulation, again the job was done very tidely, they were in the attic for 1 - 1/2 hour to fill the R value to R-60. We worked off on a price range for this one, as they didnt knew how many bags will be used to fill the R-value. The final price was within range, but on my request, tyrone knicked off few $ of that as well.

Finally, tyrone sent me an invoice for the job, followee by warranty certificate next day. Highly satisfied and will definately recomend my family and friends to use their services. I normally don't give 5 starts, but this is an exception. Keep it up guys!

Felt it was time to replace an old furnace, humidifier and A/C unit. Tyrone did a good job of providing info. on the right size units and a recommendation regarding attic insulation to qualify for a rebate following a home audit. The work was done as scheduled by two professional, courteous installers whose work was very detailed and professional.
Tyrone was always available for the many questions we had day or night and that helped to make the whole process go very quickly. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

On a -10 degree day, 22 yr old furnace fan finally died and it made more sense to replace the unit than to fix, and I needed it done asap as I had tenants in the unit. Found Tyrone online and he made it happen the next day. Price was extremely reasonable, he provided his opinion on what I should install and it went off without a hitch.

I called Wills Brothers Home Services and I spoke with a knowledgeable and very friendly agent named Tyrone. I expressed to him that my furnace wasn’t working and that I had a very old Air conditioner unit that I felt needed to be replaced. During my conversation with Tyrone and after specific questions were asked, it was determined that I needed to have my attic insulation topped-up. I took his advice and I am very pleased with my new furnace, air conditioner unit and my attic insulation. The crew were kind, fast and very knowledgeable! I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!
