The washing machine is a front load model which started to leak from the bottom of the door when the machine was in use. The seal around the door had become distorted so needed to be replaced. I called the company and the technician came out & assessed the situation. He ordered a new part which arrived within a week. The same technician came back and made the repair so now I have the washer back in working order.
Everyone with whom I dealt was polite, efficient and professional.
