Handyman Kwik Solutions

Since meeting Sam, my husband and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. He can do everything, including roofing an, as another reviewer wrote, he notices things we hadn't even seen. He is professional, hard-working, and pleasant to be around. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Sam has been my go-to handyman for years. He recently painted all my exterior windows, garage, door and repaired cracked cement. He also helped me repair some broken items in my kitchen and bathroom. He can fix anything inside or outside your home!!!! Not only is his work excellent, he is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and professional. He will point out issues you didn't even notice and offer to repair them. I have used many handymen in the past and none compare to Sam. His prices are fair and his work is perfect so no need to look any further for a handyman!

Sam did my kitchen renovation (backsplash and painting) and work was very well done. He is so detailed, makes a couple of suggestions and consults with me on concerns we were not expecting. He finished the work without me around and I am more than happy with the result. I always call Sam whenever I need to have some other small things done in the house. He is so dependable and respectful of his clients. Have also recommended him to do work in the office and will not hesitate to recommend him with my other relatives and friends.

Sam was very respectful and did a great job of removing the popcorn ceiling in my condo. He made sure to use a method that created the least amount of damage/mess to our newly painted walls and hardwood floors.

I had Sam coming to my clinic, 2 times by now .
We had a plumbing concern as we were renovating our kitchen and washroom,although the situation was kinda complicated and codes were against what we needed, but Sam solved the problem according the code that I was surprised as I was engage with this issue for a week.

We have expensive cabinet but they look a bit wore out , he suggested that he can paint them, result is unbelievable,he is a really multitask handyman and I am suggesting Sam as a consultant for any handy man you may need.

He charges very reasonable

Sam was pleasant to deal with right from the start. He came highly recommended, and I was not disappointed with his work. He was prepared with all the items needed to level my walkway and do some parging on specific areas around my house. I would not hesitate to call him again for any other work inside or outside my home.

Saeed is a gem. We use him for everything and have referred him to everyone we know. He is meticulous at finding problems and can handle anything, including roof work. Today we had wasps in the house and he discovered a breach in the flashing under the eaves where they were entering. (He also discovered and disposed of a nest.) We greatly appreciate his willingness to look around and find maintenance issues we weren't even aware of. As I say, he's a gem.

Sam has done work for me on a number of occasions and I highly recommend him. He is very skilled and can do any type of job you require. He will also make suggestions, if he sees something that requires attention, that you may have missed. A rare find these days. Sam is professional, has an eye for detail, is reliable and just a pleasure to work with. Last, but definitely not least, Sam really cares about his customer. Sam (Saeed) has done many different jobs for us - big and small. Everything from installing pot lights to waterproofing and sanding our decks, building shelves, laying carpeting, finding and repairing a leaking pipe in the wall, putting up artwork, installing drywall and smoothing out the joints and bumps from work badly done by others, and a multitude of other tasks. Sam really pays attention to detail -- his work is careful and meticulous, and he does everything possible to avoid mess.

Sam did very good tilling job in my bathroom .he bought tills .he take the old tills of from two sides of my bathroom and fix the drywall then he re till it. He did a perfect Mach.
