We have always found them to be punctual, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing. It certainly makes a difference to have accredited journeymen solve your problems and back their work up with a reasonable guarantee. They take pride in their work and the results attest to that.
I have always been hesitant to rate a firm as a 10 out of 10, but in the case of Pristine Plumbing I have no hesitation whatsoever. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem.
