Had a backed up shower drain that I tried to use a snake with myself. Was still blocked, called and the block must have moved after my attempt, was gone by the time they showed up. Got them to do the work anyway with a better snake and they were very gracious, did a good job and I hope I don't have any issues again for quite sometime now.

On time, efficient and clean. The technician explained what the problem was and on completion of the job showed me how it was repaired. Great service. Would recommend Pristine Plumbing to anyone.

Daniel and his team came on to finish what another contractor had made a mess of. Pristine's team are friendly and polite, showed up on time, worked hard, finished ahead of schedule and worked with the city to pass inspections and correct any issues. The bill had a few small unexpected extras but to counter those they took a look at some other plumbing issues while on site. I will happily call them back for any future plumbing requirements and am pleased to have one more trades company that I can call and trust.

Tenants called to tell me the bathtub faucet was leaking...the first plumber I called didn't turn up. Then I called Pristine. They came the next day, did a great job, provided a detailed invoice, were very polite and professional. The cost seemed high, but I don't know what others would have charged and the job was done well, on time.

We planned a kitchen and bathroom renovation and required a plumber to install our dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, sinks, faucets and run a new line from the sink to the water dispenser. We found Pristine Plumbing on Homestars. They came highly recommended. Daniel was quick to give us a reasonable quote and was very flexible with his times despite his busy schedule. He got the job done efficiently and was very good at troubleshooting. He gave us multiple options and upgraded our existing outdated pipes with new ones. He double and triple checked his work and didn't leave until he was satisfied. He also applied for a plumbing inspection at the end of his work and accommodated it to my schedule.

All in all we are very happy with Pristine Plumbing and they are now the first ones we call for all our plumbing needs.
