I booked online, one day later they arrived and took everything away. It was easy and the guys were very friendly.

I used then several times when I bought my home. They even came and removed all the old decking boards from under my deck. They are great!!

Used load of rubbish 2 times to remove unwanted furniture. The booking and pricing through their web site was very smooth and easy to use. The scheduling was also very easy and they arrived on time and did a great job. Would use them again for sure!

I've used a lot of junk removal companies in London but Load of Rubbish is by far the best hands down. They are a small family-owned company that take pride in their work. I have used them several times for all different sized loads. They are very professional, flexible, efficient and leave your pile of junk like a clean slate afterwards. They even sweep up the area afterwards. Good quality work and reasonable rates. You can tell customer service means a lot to them. Who could ask for anything more?

I have Load of Rubbish come out multiple times as I try to continually declutter. Most recently I had a kitchen reno done, and had Load of Rubbish come out to collect the demo material and old appliances. The guys are always friendly, courteous and helpful no matter how gross the stuff is, or how bad the weather. I should be embarrassed to admit that their visit is pretty much an annual event, but I have never been sorry to have them come out. Pricing is upfront and honest and booking is a breeze online. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
