Staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient. Material was loaded quickly and in as small a space as possible. Was charged less than the original quote. Very happy with service, would definitely use Load of Rubbish again.
Existing hot water tank was 15 years old. Reliance service tech recommended it be replaced and made arrangements for a new one. Andreas the service tech drained and removed the old tank and installed the new one. The removal and installation were done very professionally. He was courteous, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. Very happy with the new tank and the install.

Very impressed with technician (Dave) Very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgable. Listened carefully to our issue, after examining and running some tests on the tank explained the cause of the problem and then very quickly and effiecently fixed the tank. Before leaving he explained what he had done and thanked us for being a Reliance customer. Very satisfied with the overall service.
