New A/C and Furnace replacement
My 15 year old Air Conditioner died in the summer, based on a number of positive reviews in a neighbourhood Facebook group and after reading multiple reviews on Homestars I gave Fair Deal a call.
Based on the age of the AC unit and that the refrigerant was difficult to come by I made the decision to replace my it. After the technician looked at the furnace and based on the age of the furnace (21 years old) it was recommended that I also replace the furnace. Spoke with Ash at Fair Deal got a good quote that I agreed with and decided to replace the furnace as well.
