We just got the Aprilaire 700 humidifier installed in our home by Ash from Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Ash was punctual, polite and professional. Would highly recommend this company and Ash.

Our 30+ year old air conditioner clunked out in the middle of a heat wave. I found some very positive reviews for Fair Deal on a local forum and so I reached out. Ash did not disappoint. He walked me through all considerations and options available, and our new unit was installed within a few days. Ash was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, and he even reached out a few weeks later to make sure everything was working as intended. I moved to a house with an A/C that was over 15 years old and was struggling to keep up with recent heat waves. I was also doing some landscaping work around where the AC is so needed the unit taken away first. Ash was very accommodating and understood exactly my needs. He provided sound advice on what kind of unit was bigger bang for the buck while also making me aware of my options. My old unit was quickly taken away which allowed the other contractors to resume work quickly. When it came time to reinstall the new unit, the team worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Ash and his team did a great job of replacing my old water heater that started leaking. Noticing the leak on a weekend I was worried it could get worse really fast. Looking for a Rinnai authorized installer I contacted Fair Deal heating & Air Conditioning, and I'm glad I found them. Withing a few hours Ash came by, inspected our place and was able to recommend a good replacement. He was very professional thorough and honest in explaining our options and walking us through the installation process so we knew exactly what to expect. Not once did I notice any attempt to push some additional products or accessories. The following Tuesday his crew came by and installed our new water heater. It was such a great experience! They installed everything to code, did a clean job and left the place spotless afterwards! Ash dropped by to check on the progress and check on how we're doing, which you don't see very often. I couldn't be more impressed!

+1 to Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning and his team! This feedback is long overdue as they have installed our AC last 25-Jul-2022. We got a Comfort 15 SEER Central Air Conditioner (1.5 Ton). I took a few quotes for AC installation. I find Fair Deal's quote is quite a fair deal, but most importantly, I was swayed to go Fair Deal because they are quite easy to deal and talk with. Every time I have questions regarding the AC unit and the installation, whether SMS or call, they would respond.

Once the installation process started. Everything was easy and smooth. They even give me some pointers and some bits of info about the aircon and installation process whenever I look at how things are going during the install process.

So overall, I am very satisfied with Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning. My furnace and hwt are probably on the their last leg as well, for sure will reach to them when that time comes! Highly recommended, thanks again to you Fair Deal Heating @ Air Conditioning team!

Ash seemed like a knowledgeable person and regularly kept me posted on arrival. staff came on time since they were nearby.

Issue was that they came end of the day and techs needed the manual to troubleshoot the problem. Took over 30 mins to diagnose leak was the cause. Wanted them to run a leak test but was already end of the day. Had 2 wait 2 days on record heatwave days.

I couldnt wait and called another tech and pains another on-site fee. Other company had it running temporarily and put temp bypass to forgo control board. Got it up and running in 30 mins. In addition evaporator coil was leaky and needed replacement. Expensive repair but cant deny
the results.

Also, didnt get the invoice but paid taxes. Still waiting for it.

Ash came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Our 15 year AC finally bit the dust. And we were looking a quick and cost effective solution. Called another well known company for comparison and got a very high quote. Ash's quote provided better value and he very knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell us just explained all of our options including the cost of repair. It didn't feel like a sales call like it did with the other company. When my air condition stopped working during hot weather I was needed to find company who will do job quickly and professional for reasonable price. I check a few companies but it was not good (too long to wait and pricy). My friend recommended me Ash and I am so happy that I followed this recommendation. Job was done in a couple days (new air condition was installed) and price was very affordable. Ash and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I will be recommended him to my friends.

Fair Deal came highly recommended by a neighbour. I emailed Fair Deal and Ash was quick to respond. He inspected our old A/C and made recommendations, without trying to upsell me. He happily explained technical items and made it easy to understand, and encouraged lots of questions. I contacted a couple of other companies to do some comparison shopping and wasn't impressed. Ash was very honest, provided a fair price, and was very responsive by phone, email and text. Finally, his team was efficient and tidy with the installation.
When i have other HVAC needs in the future, I'll definitely contact Fair Deal again!
