Let me begin by saying I have not had great experiences with contractors. Frank is the exception :)
Provided a detailed explanation of the work to be performed, showed up on time, left the area clean (big bonus points), work done was exact.
The work initially contracted for changed during the job and Frank reduced his fee accordingly!
Great experience all round!

Frank was very prompt in responding to my inquiries, clearly explained the steps needed, stuck with the committed dates, and did an excellent job.

Frank arrived on time and I felt he was very honest. We had other quotes for the same job that were 3x's the price. Frank was very professional and the work was done in a timely manner. He kept everything clean and made sure he had scaffolding to ensure his and his crews safety. Would use him again and refer to friends.

The mortar and bricks of the chimney display were deteriorated enough to let water in and run down along the wall to the basement floor. Frank identified the additional damage, described the likely cause and explained a couple of options to fix the damage. Communication was very good and I'm impressed with the quality of work. The colour match to the original brick is also better than I ever expected.

The concrete blocks on the foundation of my home needed to be repaired as well as a few bricks at the corner of my house. I met with Frank and we discussed the work to be done. He was very professional and informative. I was not disappointed. He did an excellent job with both tasks. The work looks great better than expected. Having an older home, there is no doubt future work will need to be done. I would not hesitate to use Frank's company again, and I would recommend Frank & Sons to friends and family. I now have a masonry contractor to depend on.

We needed to rebuild the chimney before we re-roofed our two story home. After speaking to several masons, we chose Frank & Sons and were not disappointed. His work was meticulous, and he was able to restore a part of our front door brickwork with bricks recovered from the chimney. Great work... finished on time within our tight time frame. We recently hired Frank and Sons to rebuild our fronts steps and reconfigure the main landing/porch. Both are made from stone with a concrete/bring base. Because of the nature of the job, we want do use as much as the old stone as possible so everything would match the existing material. We knew the job would be tricky with even a chance that it may not work out as planned. We had several quotes however Frank was the only one described in detail what needed to be done and what surprises we may encounter along the way. His price was fair and he finished the job as described with NO unplanned surprises. It looks great. We plan on using Frank and Sons again later in the year to redo our driveway. Would definitely recommend
