This company was so efficient, right from the initial meeting to completion. We were kept up to date every step of the way and the basement was completed on the exact day they said it would be done. The trades people were very courteous as well. The house was left with no mess. A great company!

Great work fair prices. Very satisfied with end result. Highly recommended for anyone finishing basement...only problem is it looks so good my wife wants them to do kitchen.

Dmitry, Alex and the team were very friendly, trustworthy and carried out their work with professionalism from to the start of the project to completion. They were very easy to talk to, listened to our ideas and made accommodations where feasible. Dmitry did a great job in presenting the 3D design. The basement was completed before the contracted date and within budget. Everyone who have seen it, loves it! It is exceptionally beautiful. The guys at HTR were great! We decided to go with them initially because of Dimitry's professionalism and friendliness during the first consultation visit. He made helpful suggestions for keeping the price manageable and for overall aesthetic improvements to the layout.
Alex was very accomodating and professional in managing the daily goings-on of the project and addressed any concerns or minor issues that we had immediately.
All of the trades workers were efficient, skilled and friendly. They always left the job site clean and tidy after completing their work.
The project overall was completed in less time than was quoted and was pretty much on budget. The finished product looks great and we love our new basement!

Hi tech reno did a good job finishing my basement. They even fixed a minor issue after workmanship warranty has expired.

Overall a nice job. Good project management and responsive to questions and alterations. Would use HTR again.
