Miguel the tech and the owner of Bytown Duct Cleaning was very professional. What I appreciated was his attention to detail from the equipment he uses and how he stores it, to the thoroughness of the cleaning of the ducts themselves. He was patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and he took time to explain what he was doing and why.
After he finished he came back in with a portable vacuum to clean any dust or dust bunnies that got on the floors from the cleaning...I was stunned! Very rarely in surveys to I give top marks because in order to get top marks from me the person, or person, need to go beyond what was expected...Miguel went beyond what I was expecting.
