My kitchen sink was completely clogged on the Friday leading into the Thanksgiving weekend. A friend recommended John so I called, thinking it would be a miracle if I could get this problem fixed before I had to start cooking for family. John came that same day (calling just before he arrived to let me know he was on his way). He assessed the problem, told me what I needed and what each service/part would cost (and it was reasonable). He had my sink working again quickly. He explained the problem to me and showed me how to avoid it happening again, which I REALLY appreciated. John was professional and efficient and I will not hesitate to call him again.
