Our front door lock/dead bolt was jamming and difficult to lock & unlock. We contacted A to Z Locksmith Services and spoke with Roman the owner . We outlined the issues that we were experiencing & Roman set up an appointment with us for that same afternoon. Roman arrived right on time, inspected the lock/ deadbolt , clearly explained the cause of the problem & the correction solution. Roman repaired the lock / deadbolt in a professional manner & at a very reasonable cost . We were very impressed with Roman's quick response & excellent workmanship. We called to get our front door fixed because the lockset was no longer working properly. Roman answered our call and booked an appointment convenient for us. He arrived exactly on time and had a look at our problem. He took the time to look at everything that could be causing our problem. His fix included dismantling the lockset, re-aligning it and oiling it for easier use. He also had a look at our doors and saw that they were not aligned properly so he also took the doors off and got them tightened and straightened out. He did a great job and everything is working like brand new again. Thank you Roman! We would highly recommend his services to anyone and we will certainly use him again for any locksmith services needed.

ROMAN did excellent work. He came the next day, completed work in efficient manner and reasonably priced.

My front door lock was broken. It is a special decorative lock. Roman came right away and checked my it. He identified the broken part and ordered it from US.
Later on he came back with parts and fixed it in a 15min.
